We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic aerospace simulation team in Madrid, Spain. In this Full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating complex hardware and software systems for advanced flight simulation cabins. You'll work with cutting-edge avionics equipment and real-world flight systems, translating technical requirements into robust simulation solutions. We're looking for a talented engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace systems integration or flight simulation. You should have a strong background in hardware design, avionics systems, and flight deck architecture. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Experience with DO-254 compliance, real-time systems, and certification standards is highly valued. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and mentoring junior engineers.
You will be analyzing technical documentation of complex avionics panels, flight control systems, and navigation equipment. Your responsibilities include designing hardware integration solutions, conducting system-level testing, and ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards. You'll collaborate with flight test engineers, software developers, and customer representatives to ensure seamless integration of real-world systems into our simulation environment. Experience with electromagnetic compatibility, signal integrity, and real-time system synchronization is essential.
