En Shakers colaboramos con una scale-up tecnológica en plena expansión por Europa, para incorporar a un/a Engineering Manager, con base sólida en backend y trayectoria consolidada de liderazgo, que lidere uno de sus equipos de ingeniería. Rol 100% remoto, con impacto directo en el escalado técnico del producto.
El reto
El equipo construye y escala componentes críticos de la plataforma mientras la compañía multiplica su presencia en varios mercados europeos. Buscamos un Engineering Manager hands-on y con pasado fuerte en backend: lo bastante cerca del código para tomar y defender decisiones técnicas de peso, pero con el mayor impacto en hacer crecer al equipo, quitar bloqueos y crear las condiciones para que los ingenieros hagan su mejor trabajo.
No es un rol solo de gestión ni solo técnico. Buscamos a alguien fuerte en lo técnico, con mentalidad de producto y de negocio, cómodo tomando decisiones con métricas y con liderazgo de personas ya rodado.
