Buscamos un Senior Software Engineer altamente experimentado para liderar el desarrollo de nuestra infraestructura en la nube. En esta posición, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y mantener soluciones escalables que soporten el crecimiento exponencial de nuestros servicios. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico donde la innovación y la excelencia técnica son fundamentales para nuestro éxito. Este rol ofrece la oportunidad de impactar directamente en la arquitectura tecnológica de la empresa y liderar iniciativas críticas de transformación digital.
Buscamos profesionales con mínimo 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software con especialización en arquitecturas cloud. Necesitamos a alguien que comprenda profundamente los principios de microservicios, contenedores y orquestación. Debe ser un líder técnico capaz de mentorizar a otros desarrolladores, tomar decisiones arquitectónicas complejas y comunicar eficientemente con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos. Valoramos la pasión por la excelencia, la capacidad de resolver problemas complejos y una mentalidad orientada al aprendizaje continuo.
El proceso incluye una entrevista inicial con RRHH, seguida de evaluaciones técnicas prácticas y entrevistas con los líderes del equipo de infraestructura. Esperamos encontrar a la persona ideal para unirse a nuestro equipo en un plazo de 2-3 semanas.
