Buscamos un Senior Software Engineer especializado en arquitectura de infraestructura en la nube para unirse a nuestro equipo técnico en Palencia. En esta posición Full-time, serás responsable del diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones escalables basadas en AWS y Google Cloud Platform. Trabajarás en un entorno híbrido, combinando trabajo en nuestras oficinas de Palencia con flexibilidad de trabajo remoto. Te encargarás de liderar proyectos críticos de transformación digital, optimizar costos en la nube y garantizar la seguridad e integridad de nuestras infraestructuras.
Buscamos profesionales con mínimo 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend y arquitectura de sistemas distribuidos. Debes tener experiencia demostrada en AWS o GCP, ser experto en containerización con Docker y Kubernetes, y tener conocimientos sólidos en CI/CD. Valoramos altamente tu capacidad de liderazgo técnico, tu habilidad para mentorizar a otros desarrolladores y tu pasión por la innovación tecnológica. Preferiblemente, tendrás experiencia en startups o empresas de alto crecimiento donde hayas resuelto problemas de escalabilidad complejos.
El proceso consta de tres fases: entrevista inicial con RRHH, prueba técnica de arquitectura (4-6 horas), entrevista final con el director técnico y CEO. Esperamos completar el proceso en 3-4 semanas. Nos comprometemos a proporcionar feedback en cada etapa.
