We're seeking a Senior Software Architecture Engineer to design and implement scalable solutions that power critical applications across Europe. You'll lead architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class software systems. This is a Full-time, on-site position based in Madrid, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies that impact millions of users.
We're looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in software architecture and system design. You should have 7+ years of professional experience, with proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, understands microservices patterns, and has hands-on experience with cloud platforms. You must be passionate about clean code, best practices, and continuous improvement. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll be working with stakeholders at all levels and mentoring team members.
What we offer:
Additional requirements: Valid EU work authorization required. You should be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have equivalent professional experience.
