Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Senior Software Architect altamente experimentado para liderar la arquitectura técnica de nuestros productos innovadores. Como empresa tecnológica en crecimiento exponencial, necesitamos un profesional capaz de diseñar sistemas escalables, resolver problemas de ingeniería complejos y establecer estándares de excelencia técnica en toda nuestra organización. El candidato trabajará en modalidad híbrida, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios para transformar la visión del producto en soluciones técnicas robustas.
Buscamos un profesional con más de 8 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y al menos 3 años en roles de liderazgo técnico o arquitectura. Debe ser alguien apasionado por la tecnología, con capacidad demostrada para tomar decisiones arquitectónicas estratégicas y mentorizar a equipos de ingeniería. Valoramos especialmente a candidatos que hayan trabajado en entornos de alto crecimiento, con productos que sirven a millones de usuarios. Se requiere experiencia en sistemas distribuidos, microservicios y tecnologías cloud. La persona ideal tiene excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto técnicas como interpersonales, y es capaz de traducir requisitos empresariales en soluciones técnicas efectivas.
