About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our innovative tech team in a fully remote position. This is a permanent Full-time contract opportunity where you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to cutting-edge projects. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Python applications that serve millions of users. This role offers 100% remote work flexibility with the option to visit our Madrid office whenever you prefer, ensuring a perfect work-life balance.

Who are we looking for

We're looking for a talented Python developer with at least 5 years of professional experience. You should be passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and continuous learning. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about solving complex technical challenges. You must be proficient in English and comfortable working asynchronously with a distributed team. A background in software development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers are highly valued.

Skills and competencies

Advanced Python programming (Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks)
Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases
Experience with REST API development and microservices architecture
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent English communication both written and verbal
