Buscamos un experimentado Gestor de Proyectos Senior para liderar la entrega y supervisión de proyectos complejos en el sector biotecnológico. En esta posición, serás responsable de gestionar múltiples iniciativas de I+D simultáneamente, coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios y asegurando que los proyectos se entreguen dentro del presupuesto y plazos establecidos. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con departamentos de investigación, regulatorio y comercial para impulsar la innovación biotecnológica. Este es un rol Full-time en modalidad on-site ubicado en Barcelona.
Buscamos un profesional con al menos 8 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en el sector biotecnológico, farmacéutico o ciencias de la vida. Debes tener un sólido historial de liderazgo de equipos de alto rendimiento, con capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas bajo presión. Eres una persona organizada, orientada a resultados y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto en español como en inglés. Tu capacidad para navegar entornos regulatorios complejos y gestionar stakeholders diversos será fundamental en el éxito de esta posición.
Realizaremos entrevistas estructuradas en múltiples fases, incluyendo evaluación técnica y dinámicas de liderazgo. Se valorará especialmente tu capacidad de resolución de problemas y tu experiencia en gestión de cambios organizacionales en empresas biotecnológicas.
