Senior Production Engineer
para reforzar nuestro equipo de Producción en nuestras instalaciones del Baix Llobregat.
Responsabilidades
Trabajar junto al Head of Production en la coordinación y supervisión de la actividad diaria de fabricación.
Colaborar en la planificación de la producción a corto, medio y largo plazo, garantizando el cumplimiento de los planes establecidos.
Supervisar la correcta ejecución de las órdenes de fabricación y realizar el seguimiento de los indicadores de producción.
Analizar incidencias productivas, identificar sus causas y proponer acciones correctivas y de mejora.
Coordinar la disponibilidad de materiales, recursos y capacidades productivas junto con los departamentos de Compras, Almacén y Planificación.
Colaborar en la optimización de cargas de trabajo, rendimientos y utilización de los recursos productivos.
Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a incrementar la productividad, la calidad y la eficiencia de los procesos.
Participar en la implantación y seguimiento de nuevos procesos industriales, cambios de producto y mejoras organizativas.
Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y procedimientos internos.
Dar soporte en el análisis de costes industriales, productividad y capacidad productiva.
Coordinación activa con Departamento de Calidad, Ingeniería, Oficina Técnica, Compras y Procesos, para asegurar el correcto desarrollo de la producción.
Sustituir al Responsable de Producción en aquellas funciones que le sean delegadas, garantizando la continuidad operativa del departamento.
Requisitos
Grado universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Organización Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Electrónica o similar.
Experiencia demostrable en puestos de responsabilidad dentro de departamentos de Producción en entorno industrial.
Experiencia en coordinación de equipos de fabricación y seguimiento de indicadores productivos.
Conocimientos avanzados de planificación de la producción, gestión de capacidad y mejora de procesos.
Experiencia trabajando con sistemas ERP/MRP.
Conocimientos de Lean Manufacturing, mejora continua y resolución de problemas.
Capacidad para interpretar documentación técnica y procesos industriales.
Nivel de inglés mínimo C1.
