Buscamos un líder apasionado que dirija el desarrollo de soluciones financieras revolucionarias. Tu misión será liderar la visión del producto, desde la conceptualización hasta el lanzamiento, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos de ingeniería, diseño y marketing.
Modalidad: Full-time | On-site
Buscamos un profesional con experiencia demostrada en gestión de productos en el sector fintech o servicios financieros. Necesitamos alguien con visión estratégica, capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos y una pasión genuina por mejorar la experiencia del usuario. Debes ser un comunicador excepcional, capaz de inspirar a equipos multidisciplinarios y traducir requisitos complejos en productos elegantes y funcionales. Si tienes experiencia previa lanzando productos de éxito en mercados competitivos, ¡nos encantaría conocerte!
Nuestro proceso incluye una llamada inicial de recursos humanos, una entrevista técnica con el equipo de producto, y una entrevista final con nuestra dirección ejecutiva. Esperamos una duración total de 2-3 semanas.
