We're building alarge and complex product ecosystemthat serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a moderncheckout experience and customizable widgets(each a standalone SPA),donor, organization, and partner portals,admin tools, and several internal apps.
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

As Fundraise Up expands its Organization Experience capabilities, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager, OX Growth to own retention, product adoption, and expansion growth across active organizations.
Today, launching a feature does not always translate into customer adoption, value realization, or measurable business impact - and this role exists to close that gap. You will centralize cross-product retention and monetization strategy, ensuring organizations fully adopt and realize value from Fundraise Up products after activation.
You will define the growth roadmap, identify adoption blockers, drive cross-functional discovery, validate interventions before delivery, and ensure predictable impact on customer retention and Average Processing Volume per Active Customer.
Your mission: turn product adoption into a scalable, predictable driver of retention, expansion, and processing volume growth.
