We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design strategy for our enterprise-level digital products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Barcelona, Spain. You will have autonomy to define and execute end-to-end design initiatives on complex B2B and enterprise platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll own the entire design lifecycle from research through implementation, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability and innovation.
We're looking for an experienced design professional with 6+ years in product design, preferably with B2B/Enterprise software experience. You should be passionate about solving complex user problems and have a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions. Your portfolio should demonstrate expertise in designing for diverse user groups and stakeholder management. We seek someone who is strategic, collaborative, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
Work arrangement: On-site in Barcelona with hybrid flexibility after 3 months
