Estamos buscando un Senior Product Designer apasionado para liderar la transformación digital de nuestras plataformas. En un entorno híbrido, serás responsable de diseñar experiencias de usuario intuitivas y cautivadoras que impacten a millones de usuarios en toda España y Europa. Trabajarás en la definición de estrategias de diseño, creación de sistemas de diseño escalables y la dirección visual de productos innovadores que marcan tendencia en la industria tech.
Buscamos un profesional con 6+ años de experiencia en diseño de producto y experiencia de usuario. Debes ser un líder nato con capacidad de mentoría, excelente comunicación y habilidad para traducir necesidades complejas en soluciones visuales elegantes. Tienes experiencia trabajando en equipos multidisciplinares, colaborando con desarrolladores, product managers y stakeholders. Eres proactivo, creativo y te apasiona resolver problemas de diseño con un enfoque centrado en el usuario.
