We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Facilities Manager to oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations across multiple construction projects in Barcelona. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety regulations. This is a Full-time, on-site position that requires strong leadership and technical expertise in MEP systems coordination during all phases of construction, from planning through final implementation and testing.
We're looking for a professional with 8+ years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry. You should have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors. You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
