Building and maintaining always-on lifecycle programs that span onboarding through expansion. These are living systems you improve every quarter, not one-off promotions;
Building and shipping the campaigns yourself in Vero (marketing automation) and our in-app messaging tool. You are the person inside the tool, not the person writing a brief for someone else;
Writing the copy. Lifecycle copy is short, specific, and product-led, and you improve it with test results. Our hands-on copywriters are here to help when needed;
Owning the lifecycle KPI set in Amplitude: activation rate, free-to-paid conversion, MRR from automated versus one-off campaigns, upgrade and expansion workflow conversion, cart abandonment recovery, churn prevention and involuntary churn recovery;
Adapting per brand. The four brands have different products, buyers, and price points. Part of your job is knowing which learnings transfer and which do not, and prioritizing with discipline when everything cannot be built at once;
Working closely with the Monetization Principal on data and revenue impact, the Conversion Rate Optimization Principal on funnel strategy, Product on in-product triggers and feature launches, and Marketing on cross-channel alignment;
Turning regulatory change into lifecycle opportunity. Our market moves with privacy law, and lifecycle is our fastest channel to reach users when it does.
💡 Experience & Skills
At least 6 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing in B2B SaaS, with clear ownership of programs and not only execution;
Proven results in a product-led or self-serve model. You have moved activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion, or churn numbers and can walk us through exactly how;
Hands-on with a marketing automation platform (Vero, HubSpot or similar). You can build a multi-branch, event-triggered workflow on your own;
Comfortable in a product analytics tool (Amplitude or similar). You build your own funnel and retention analysis;
Analytical, curious, and experimental by default. You start from data, form a hypothesis, test it, and stay honest when the result says you were wrong;
Autonomous. There is nobody here to hand your execution to, and you will set your own priorities inside agreed goals;
Full professional proficiency in English.

The proposed salary range (the final offer will be based on experience and seniority) is €39,600 – €60,000 gross annual total compensation, plus benefits (as listed in the relevant section below).
🎯 Mission & Core Purpose
You will build the lifecycle engine that turns a new signup into an activated user, an activated user into a paying customer, and a paying customer into a retained, growing one across all four brands.
This is a strategy role, not just an execution one. Lifecycle marketing is your primary channel, and you own it end to end: strategy, segmentation, copy, build, measurement, and iteration. We're not looking for a campaign executor; we're looking for someone who can read our funnel data, understand what our customers actually need, and build always-on programs that serve them.
You will report to the Director of Growth, working closely with the Monetization Principal, the Conversion Rate Optimization Principal, Product, and Marketing. Your work is measured by MRR and retained revenue, not by emails sent.
