We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Madrid. This is a hybrid position where you'll work on cutting-edge enterprise applications using modern Java technologies. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that serve millions of users. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of experienced engineers while contributing to significant projects that impact our business growth. The position involves both individual contribution and mentoring junior developers.
We're looking for an experienced Java developer with a strong passion for clean code and software architecture. You should have at least 5 years of professional experience in Java development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, communicative, and enjoys working in a team environment. You should be comfortable with hybrid work arrangements (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for this position.
