¿Qué buscamos?
Un/a Senior Java Developer para trabajar en proyectos innovadores, con enfoque en sistemas robustos, escalables y de alta concurrencia.
Requisitos imprescindibles :
8 años de experiencia con Java, de los cuales 3+ años con Java 17 o 21
Experiencia avanzada en Spring / Spring Boot en servicios en producción.
Programación reactiva con Project Reactor o RxJava (Mono/Flux, backpressure, retry/backoff) o fluidez asíncrona con CompletableFuture y concurrencia estructurada.
gRPC + Protobuf en producción : streaming RPCs, deadlines, interceptores, evolución de esquemas.
Fundamentos sólidos de concurrencia: razonamiento sobre thread-safety, dimensionamiento de ejecutores, patrones lock-free, gestión del ciclo de vida de hilos.
Rigor en pruebas: JUnit 5, Mockito, AssertJ; pruebas de integración y de contrato.
Experiencia con Kafka, Redis, Postgres o MongoDB en entornos de producción.
Conocimientos en AWS o cloud equivalente (S3, IAM, Kafka gestionado, contenedores).
Nivel mínimo de inglés C1.
Se valorará:
Experiencia liderando migraciones o refactorizaciones complejas en codebases multi-módulo.
Empaquetado de contenedores y builds multi-arquitectura (linux/amd64, linux/arm64).
Conocimientos de Python: lectura cómoda y depuración cuando sea necesario.
Experiencia con Apache Arrow o formatos de datos columnares.
Gestión de pipelines de CI/CD con TeamCity, GitHub Actions o herramientas equivalentes.
