We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our critical infrastructure systems. You will oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime and peak performance across all systems. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations and systems administration. You should have a proven track record of managing large-scale IT environments, implementing automation solutions, and leading infrastructure improvement initiatives. A strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your ability to mentor junior team members and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is highly valued.
This is an on-site position located in Madrid, Spain. You will work in our state-of-the-art data center facility and modern office environment. The role requires full-time commitment with standard working hours, though occasional on-call support may be required for critical infrastructure events. You will collaborate closely with security, development, and operations teams to ensure optimal infrastructure performance and reliability.
