Senior Graphic Designer en España

This is not a production design role.

You'll work closely with our Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to create high-performing creative across paid advertising, social media, email, web, print, and product launches.

We're looking for someone who understands that great design isn't just about making things look good-it drives sales. You should have strong creative instincts, understand what makes visuals convert, and feel comfortable challenging ideas when you see a better solution. If a brief doesn't make sense, we expect you to speak up-not execute it blindly.

• Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Google, Amazon, and other paid marketing channels
• Use AI tools daily to create product imagery, brand assets, ad creatives, mockups, and marketing visuals
• Create email marketing assets
• Design engaging social media content, including carousels, infographics, and promotional graphics
• Develop and maintain brand assets and visual identity systems
• Design print materials for marketing campaigns, retail, and brand initiatives
• Retouch and enhance product photography and lifestyle imagery
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to improve concepts before production
• Contribute ideas that improve creative performance, not just visual execution

Plateful is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer kitchen brand redefining everyday cookware. We create premium titanium cookware, vacuum sealing systems, food warming mats, and other innovative kitchen products sold through our website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and expanding retail partnerships.

We're a team of 40+ people scaling towards $70M in annual revenue, and we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can elevate our creative across every channel.

• Cannot commit to full-time work aligned with the CET time zone

• Your portfolio (DTC eCommerce work is required)
• Examples of print design work (preferred but not required)
• Examples of static ads for DTC brands
• Your availability and current time zone
• Your expected monthly salary (USD)

Shortlisted candidates will receive a real creative brief, including product photography, brand assets, and creative references.

You'll have 24 hours to produce one finished static advertisement, allowing us to evaluate both your creative thinking and execution.

• 3-5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within DTC eCommerce
• DTC eCommerce experience is required
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional marketing creative and strong commercial design skills
• Outstanding design taste with a premium, clean, modern aesthetic
• Someone who thinks strategically, catches problems early, and proactively suggests better creative solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are essential)
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Flux, or similar) to improve creative output and efficiency
• Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
