Indra Mobility está buscando un Senior Functional Analyst experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo de soluciones financieras. En este rol, serás responsable de analizar requisitos complejos de software financiero, documentar especificaciones técnicas detalladas y colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, testing y stakeholders. Trabajarás en proyectos innovadores que transforman la industria de movilidad financiera y servicios de pago, utilizando metodologías ágiles en un entorno on-site en Madrid. Esta es una posición Full-time ideal para profesionales con experiencia comprobada en análisis funcional y sistemas financieros.
Buscamos un Senior Functional Analyst con al menos 6-8 años de experiencia en análisis funcional de sistemas financieros. Debes ser un profesional con excelente capacidad de comunicación, tanto escrita como oral, capaz de traducir necesidades de negocio en especificaciones técnicas claras. Te destacas por tu pensamiento analítico, atención al detalle y tu capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en entornos complejos. Valoramos especialmente tu experiencia en software de instituciones financieras, plataformas de pago o sistemas bancarios. Ser proactivo, orientado a soluciones y tener facilidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios son cualidades esenciales.
Imprescindible disponer de disponibilidad inmediata o con preaviso corto. Se requiere experiencia previa trabajando directamente con clientes financieros o en roles de análisis funcional en proyectos de transformación digital. Certificaciones en análisis de requisitos o procesos financieros serán valoradas positivamente. Ubicación en Madrid o proximidades es preferible dada la modalidad on-site.
