We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to join our Digital Payments division in Madrid. As a Functional Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between our business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that functional requirements are accurately translated into robust technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, then collaborating with developers and architects to implement scalable payment processing systems. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our payment infrastructure and enhancing customer experience across all digital channels.
We're looking for a talented professional with 5+ years of experience in functional analysis, preferably within the financial services or payments sector. You should have a deep understanding of banking operations, payment processing workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements in Spain and the EU. You must be fluent in Spanish (native or near-native level) and proficient in English for technical documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and excels at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent documentation skills, and experience with Agile methodologies. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing requirements is essential for success in this role.
