We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to join our growing team in Spain. In this Full-time, on-site position, you will serve as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and our technology teams, ensuring that complex functional requirements are seamlessly translated into innovative technical solutions. You will lead the analysis of business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and drive digital transformation initiatives across our organization. This role requires someone who can think strategically while maintaining attention to operational detail.
We're looking for a talented professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in functional analysis within financial services or banking sectors. You should be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support. You must have strong documentation skills and be comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is highly desirable. Experience with banking regulatory frameworks (GDPR, PSD2) is a plus. Must be willing to occasionally travel for client meetings and training sessions.
Full-time, on-site position based in our Madrid office.
