The role
We are Métrica Consulting, a business consultancy, systems integration, IT services and solutions firm, committed to the Information Society and technological development.
We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer with more than 6 years of experience, autonomous, pragmatic, and collaborative, with experience in modern web technologies and cloud, capable of delivering value solutions in an agile and iterative manner.
We look for autonomy to take responsibility for implementation activities, while maintaining a collaborative attitude and openness to receiving feedback.
Requirements
Professional experience in Full-Stack development, covering both:
Front-end development with modern web technologies.
Back-end development and design/implementation of APIs and services.
Ability to work autonomously on implementation tasks.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
A pragmatic mindset focused on delivering value early and frequently.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Comfort working under an agile and iterative delivery model.
Advanced level of English.
