About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our innovative cloud infrastructure team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you'll architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using modern technologies. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for our enterprise clients across Europe.

Who are we looking for

We're looking for an experienced developer with deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. You should have at least 7+ years of professional development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise applications. You must be a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrates leadership qualities. Ideally, you speak Spanish fluently or are willing to learn quickly in a Spanish-speaking workplace.

Skills and competencies

Strong frontend skills with React, Vue, or Angular
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization

CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices
System design and scalability principles
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
