Buscamos un Senior Full Stack Developer apasionado para unirse a nuestro equipo innovador en Madrid. Serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web modernas utilizando las últimas tecnologías. Esta es una posición Full-time en modalidad híbrida donde trabajarás tanto desde nuestra oficina como desde casa, colaborando con un equipo multidisciplinario de profesionales altamente cualificados.
Quién buscamos
Buscamos un profesional con más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo full stack, con sólidos conocimientos en React para el frontend y Python para el backend. Necesitas ser un comunicador efectivo, con capacidad de liderazgo técnico y pasión por escribir código limpio y mantenible. Valoramos especialmente candidatos con experiencia en arquitecturas de microservicios, bases de datos NoSQL y metodologías Agile.
Habilidades y competencias
Experiencia avanzada en React, Redux y JavaScript/TypeScript moderno
Dominio de Python, Flask o Django para desarrollo backend
Conocimientos sólidos en PostgreSQL, MongoDB y Redis
Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes y CI/CD pipelines
Familiaridad con testing (Jest, Pytest, Selenium)
Conocimientos de AWS o Google Cloud
Excelente comprensión de REST APIs y GraphQL
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y mentoría de desarrolladores junior

Experiencia y requisitos
Contrato indefinido Full-time. Se requiere experiencia mínima de 5 años en desarrollo web con tecnologías similares. Preferentemente, candidatos que hayan trabajado en productos SaaS o plataformas de alto tráfico. Disponibilidad para comenzar inmediatamente o con preaviso de 30 días.
