We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you'll lead the development of our cutting-edge e-commerce platform. You'll work with modern technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that serve millions of users. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior developers and shape the technical direction of our platform.

Who are we looking for

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a passion for clean code and scalable architecture. You should have at least 7 years of professional development experience, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. You must be comfortable working in an agile environment, taking ownership of features from conception to production. A proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential. Spanish language proficiency is required for this position. You should be capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.

Skills and competencies

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, https://jobeax.com/link/tzGekrj9a8ToGEDv, or Angular)
Strong backend development experience with https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY, Python, or Java
Database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL)
RESTful API design and GraphQL experience

Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

System design and architectural patterns
Fluent Spanish language abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
