About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic FinTech team in Madrid, Spain. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge financial technology solutions. You will work with modern tech stacks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust applications that serve millions of transactions daily. Your expertise will be crucial in architecting scalable systems and mentoring junior developers.
Who are we looking for
We're looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of professional experience in web application development. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only technically proficient but also enjoys mentoring others and contributing to technical decision-making. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in collaborative teams, taking ownership of projects, and continuously learning new technologies.
Skills and competencies

Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements (GDPR, PCI-DSS)
Version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
