Buscamos un Senior Full-Stack Developer apasionado por la tecnología para unirse a nuestro equipo innovador. En esta posición, serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web escalables utilizando Python y JavaScript. Trabajarás en proyectos desafiantes que impactarán a miles de usuarios, transformando requisitos complejos en soluciones elegantes y eficientes. Tu rol será fundamental en la arquitectura de nuestros sistemas backend y frontend, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de producto y diseño.
¿A quién buscamos?
Buscamos un profesional con más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo full-stack, con sólidos conocimientos en Python para backend y JavaScript/React para frontend. Necesitas demostrar excelencia técnica, capacidad para resolver problemas complejos y una mentalidad orientada a la calidad. Valoramos especialmente candidatos que hayan trabajado en entornos ágiles, que sean proactivos en la mejora continua y que disfruten colaborando en equipos multidisciplinarios. Tu pasión por escribir código limpio y mantenible debe ser evidente en tu historial profesional.
Competencias y habilidades
Experiencia avanzada en Python (Django, FastAPI o similar)

Conocimiento profundo de bases de datos (SQL y NoSQL)
Experiencia en RESTful APIs y arquitecturas microservicios
Control de versiones Git y CI/CD pipelines
Testing automatizado y TDD
Inglés fluido (nivel B2 mínimo)
Experiencia con herramientas de IA y machine learning es un plus
AWS, Docker y Kubernetes constituyen ventajas adicionales
