We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative technology team in Spain. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you'll take ownership of complex software projects and mentor junior developers. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to build scalable applications that impact thousands of users daily. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical initiatives and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our product roadmap.
Who are we looking for
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a passion for clean code and best practices. You should have at least 6+ years of professional development experience with proven expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. An ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. You should be comfortable working in an agile environment and have experience mentoring junior team members. Spanish language proficiency is required for this position.
Skills and competencies

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Experience with Docker and containerization
Strong unit testing and quality assurance practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Fluent Spanish language skills (required)
