About the role
We are looking for a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative team at one of Spain's most dynamic technology companies. With over 20 years of experience delivering cutting-edge digital solutions, we are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to transformative projects that impact businesses across multiple sectors. This is a Full-time, on-site position based in Barcelona, offering the opportunity to work with modern technologies and lead the development of scalable applications.
Who are we looking for
You are a versatile developer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. We seek someone with a passion for clean code, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you have 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with proven success in delivering high-quality software solutions. You should be comfortable working in agile environments, mentoring junior developers, and taking ownership of critical projects from conception to deployment.
Skills and competencies

Strong backend development experience with Python (Django or FastAPI)
Database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
