About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative Enterprise Solutions team in Barcelona. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you'll lead the development of scalable web applications that serve thousands of users across Europe. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and mentor junior developers while driving architectural decisions that impact our platform's future.

Who are we looking for

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with at least 7 years of professional experience in web development. You should have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, enjoys solving challenging technical problems, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of features from conception to deployment and have excellent communication skills.

Skills and competencies

Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React or https://jobeax.com/link/tzGekrj9a8ToGEDv

Database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
RESTful API design and microservices architecture

Docker and Kubernetes containerization

Testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
Agile methodologies and SCRUM
Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Technical Requirements

You must have demonstrable experience with modern software development practices including test-driven development, code reviews, and performance optimization. Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless architectures is a plus. Knowledge of DevOps practices and monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic) would strengthen your application.
