We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our international operations. You will manage a team of accountants, ensure compliance with Spanish and international accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management. This role is critical to supporting our company's expansion across European markets.
We are looking for a professional with at least 8 years of accounting and financial management experience, preferably in a multinational environment. You should have a strong command of English (fluent level) and be comfortable working with international teams. Your background in IFRS accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting is essential. We seek someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
This position is based in Madrid, Spain, on-site. We require candidates to have a valid work permit for Spain and be willing to travel occasionally for internal audits or meetings with international offices. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly valued. The successful candidate must be available to start within one month of the offer.
