About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to join our innovative aerospace technology team in Spain. In this Full-time on-site position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating complex embedded systems for advanced flight simulation and avionics equipment. You will work with cutting-edge hardware platforms, real-time operating systems, and sophisticated aerospace instrumentation. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex technical requirements into robust, reliable hardware solutions that meet the stringent standards of the aviation industry.

Who are we looking for

We're looking for a talented engineer with a strong background in embedded systems and aerospace applications. You should have proven experience working with avionics systems, flight simulation equipment, or similar safety-critical systems. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with international teams. You should be comfortable working with technical documentation, system specifications, and complex integration challenges.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and firmware development
• Strong understanding of avionics systems and aerospace standards (DO-178C, DO-254)
• Expertise in hardware design and PCB layout for aerospace applications
• Proficiency with CAD tools and technical documentation analysis
• Experience integrating legacy equipment into simulation environments
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Knowledge of flight simulation cabins and cockpit instrumentation
• Strong project management and team collaboration skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
