Senior DevSecOps Engineer en Madrid, España

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing security and infrastructure team in Spain. In this Full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with development and operations teams to integrate security practices throughout our software development lifecycle, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing preventative measures to protect our applications and infrastructure.

Who are we looking for

We're looking for a skilled DevSecOps professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security-focused infrastructure and development operations. You should have strong expertise in containerization technologies, cloud platforms, and security automation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building secure systems from the ground up. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform security features
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Deep understanding of OWASP, SAST/DAST tools, and vulnerability scanning
• Experience with security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
• Knowledge of secrets management solutions and security policies
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
