About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic security and infrastructure team in Spain. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to integrate security best practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to lead security initiatives and mentor junior team members while ensuring our systems remain protected against evolving threats.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a seasoned DevSecOps professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure security and DevOps practices. You should have a proven track record of implementing security automation, vulnerability management, and secure deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building secure systems from the ground up.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced proficiency in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container security
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on experience with security scanning tools and SAST/DAST solutions
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their security models
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, CIS Benchmarks)
• Experience with security incident response and threat modeling
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills
