About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our innovative technology team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Advanced Linux/Unix system administration skills
• Proven expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog)
• Strong networking and security fundamentals
• Experience with database administration and optimization
• Excellent scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)
• Agile and DevOps methodology experience

Location and work arrangement

Experience requirements

• Minimum 7+ years in infrastructure operations or DevOps roles
• At least 4+ years with cloud platforms in production environments
• Experience leading infrastructure projects or mentoring junior team members
• Proven track record of implementing infrastructure solutions that improved efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
