About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our innovative technology team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability across our organization. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive infrastructure excellence.

We are looking for an experienced infrastructure professional with a strong background in DevOps practices and cloud technologies. You should be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Skills and competencies
Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Advanced Linux/Unix system administration skills
Proven expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog)
Strong networking and security fundamentals
Experience with database administration and optimization
Excellent scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)
Agile and DevOps methodology experience

This is a Full-time, on-site position based in Madrid, Spain. We value in-person collaboration and mentorship, so regular office presence is expected. The role requires commitment to our Madrid headquarters.
Experience requirements
Minimum 7+ years in infrastructure operations or DevOps roles
At least 4+ years with cloud platforms in production environments
Experience leading infrastructure projects or mentoring junior team members
Proven track record of implementing infrastructure solutions that improved efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
