About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic infrastructure team in Madrid. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and highly available. Your expertise will be crucial in automating deployment processes, managing containerized applications, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure costs.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker container orchestration
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog)
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills
• Python or Bash scripting expertise
• Network and security fundamentals understanding
• Experience with database management and backup strategies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional DevOps experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Fluency in English (Spanish preferred)
• Available to work on-site in Madrid
• Full-time commitment required
