About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative technology team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for automating deployment processes, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high availability across our multi-cloud environment.

You should have a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions for complex enterprise environments. We need someone who is passionate about continuous improvement, has strong problem-solving skills, and can work effectively in cross-functional teams. Your experience managing Kubernetes clusters, implementing infrastructure-as-code practices, and optimizing cloud costs will be crucial to success in this role.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible)
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog)
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and SSL/TLS protocols
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities

Additional requirements:
