About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative technology team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will design, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure solutions for our growing portfolio of enterprise clients. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud environments that support our organization's ambitious growth plans. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and optimization of our cloud-native applications.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a talented professional with 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. You should have deep expertise in designing and managing cloud platforms, with a strong understanding of infrastructure automation, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building reliable systems. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to mentor junior team members are essential.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Deep understanding of networking, security, and load balancing
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
• Strong understanding of DevOps best practices and security principles
• Experience with microservices architecture
