About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative technology team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized applications, and ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security of our cloud environments. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and operations teams to deliver world-class cloud solutions.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a talented professional with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. You should have a strong background in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with proven expertise in containerization technologies and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. You should be passionate about optimizing systems, improving deployment processes, and mentoring junior team members. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience is required.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker containerization
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation)
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Proficiency in CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Deep understanding of networking, security best practices, and compliance requirements
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with agile methodologies
