Este rol combina la gestión de infraestructuras cloud, la automatización de procesos y la optimización de sistemas. Trabajarás en un ambiente dinámico donde la innovación y la excelencia técnica son primordiales, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios para implementar soluciones robustas y escalables.
A quién buscamos
Buscamos profesionales con experiencia demostrada en DevOps y administración de sistemas Linux/Unix. Debes ser alguien apasionado por la tecnología, con capacidad de resolver problemas complejos y habilidad para trabajar bajo presión. Valoramos la proactividad, la comunicación efectiva y la disposición para aprender nuevas tecnologías. Preferentemente, tendrás experiencia previa en empresas del sector tecnológico o en roles similares.
Idealmente, poseerás certificaciones relevantes en cloud computing o DevOps, y demostrarás compromiso con la mejora continua y las mejores prácticas de la industria.
Competencias y habilidades requeridas
Experiencia avanzada en administración de sistemas Linux/Unix (5+ años)
Dominio de herramientas de containerización (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experiencia con plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure o Google Cloud)
Conocimiento sólido en CI/CD pipelines y herramientas como Jenkins, GitLab CI o GitHub Actions
Scripting en Bash, Python o similar
Experiencia en monitoreo y logging (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana)
Conocimiento de infraestructura como código (Terraform, Ansible)
Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y análisis técnico
Comunicación efectiva y capacidad de trabajo en equipo
