Who are we looking for

We're seeking an experienced DevOps professional with a passion for infrastructure automation and cloud technologies. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration and DevOps environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and mentoring junior team members. Experience with agile methodologies is highly valued, as is your ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration and configuration
• Expert knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Solid programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Excellent understanding of networking, security protocols, and firewall management
• Demonstrated expertise in monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana)
• Strong knowledge of database systems and backup/disaster recovery strategies
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal communication

Additional requirements:

• Valid work authorization for Spain (EU citizens or valid visa)

Working conditions

This position is based on-site in our Madrid headquarters, requiring your physical presence Monday through Friday during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). We maintain a collaborative work environment with periodic team meetings and quarterly company gatherings. The role is Full-time with a permanent contract.
