About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This is a Full-time, on-site position based in Madrid, Spain, where you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to support our development teams and ensure system reliability at scale.

Who are we looking for

We need a seasoned DevOps professional with 6+ years of experience in infrastructure management and cloud technologies. You should have a proven track record of building scalable systems, automating complex processes, and leading technical initiatives. Your expertise in containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines will be essential. We're looking for someone who is passionate about solving infrastructure challenges, mentoring junior team members, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker containerization
• Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, or Go
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack, DataDog)
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and database management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Spanish language proficiency required; English is a plus
