We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Barcelona. This is a Full-time, on-site position with a leading Spanish IT company boasting over 25 years of industry experience and an exceptional reputation for delivering cutting-edge technological solutions to enterprises across multiple sectors. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of our systems.

We are looking for a talented professional with strong expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure automation. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or Systems Engineering roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement and automation. You must possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment. Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration and a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure is essential.
Skills and competencies
Advanced proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting
Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization technologies
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana)
Strong networking and security fundamentals
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
