Necesitamos incorporar Developer Senior Java de al menos 8 años de experiencia.

Te incorporarás dentro del Grupo Plexus y participar en importantes y estables proyectos.

ROL:

Desarrollar soluciones técnicas de alta calidad en un entorno de integración y despliegue continuo, alineadas con los requisitos del negocio y del producto.
Contribuir a la innovación de los procesos y prácticas del equipo, con especial atención a las pruebas y la estabilidad del producto.
Participar activamente en las discusiones de arquitectura, diseño e implementación, demostrando iniciativa.
Diseñar e implementar microservicios robustos, escalables, de alto rendimiento y baja latencia.
Diseñar e implementar microservicios escalables para su despliegue utilizando tecnologías de contenedores.
Depurar, solucionar problemas y mejorar aplicaciones en producción basadas en la nube.
Automatizar procesos de compilación, despliegue, monitorización y actualización.

Requisitos mínimos

Más de 8 años de experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de software, demostrando una progresiva asunción de responsabilidades y propiedad sobre módulos o aplicaciones relevantes.
Amplios conocimientos de Java 8 o superior.
Conocimientos de tecnologías Cloud y sistemas distribuidos. La experiencia con AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Docker y tecnologías de contenedores será muy valorada.
Experiencia en el desarrollo de APIs web RESTful.
Experiencia en depuración y resolución de problemas en sistemas complejos.
Capacidad y disposición para aprender nuevos lenguajes de programación, herramientas y metodologías.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en proyectos, con sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés y español.
Amplia experiencia desarrollando arquitecturas de microservicios con aplicaciones Spring Boot.
Conocimientos de bases de datos relacionales como PostgreSQL, Aurora PostgreSQL u Oracle.
Conocimientos de tecnologías de caché y mensajería como Redis y Kafka.
Amplia experiencia en prácticas técnicas de testing.
Capacidades de análisis y diseño técnico.
Conocimiento de Git como sistema de control de versiones.
Experiencia en configuración y uso de pipelines de CI/CD.

Python + Django.

Backend: Python, Typescript

Bases de datos / mensajería: PostgreSQL, Redis, Rabbit

Infraestructura: GitLab, Kubernetes, SonarQube, Rancher, Agile

Entornos locales: Docker

Metodologías: Kanban, retrospectivas, refinamientos, etc.

Herramientas: Jira

Sistema operativo: Linux (Ubuntu 22)

Arquitectura: Monolito en migración avanzada
