We are currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join an automotive R&D project for one of our OEM clients.
You will analyse real-world vehicle and driving data, connecting telemetry with customer surveys, personas and behavioural indicators. Your work will help transform complex engineering data into practical, explainable insights for vehicle development and customer intelligence.
Analyse vehicle, driving and unstructured data —such as customer survey verbatims— to identify meaningful driving patterns and behaviours.
Develop interpretable features and behavioural dimensions from vehicle telemetry and driving data.
Link real-world vehicle data with surveys, customer personas and behavioural indicators.
Explore, assess and quickly test relevant analytical methods through Proofs of Concept on real-world data.
Compare and apply statistical and machine learning approaches, including clustering, dimensionality reduction, factor analysis, correlation analysis and supervised/unsupervised models.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies, tools and data-driven decision-making within the project.
Around 4–8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics.
Strong Python skills for data analysis, modelling and prototyping.
Solid knowledge of statistics, machine learning, feature engineering and model validation.
Professional level of English.
Experience in automotive, mobility, telemetry, IoT or industrial data.
Experience with customer analytics, surveys, personas, UX or behavioural data.
Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Databricks or similar platforms.
An international automotive R&D project with a leading OEM.
