About the role

From the LIGHTHOUSE team, our center of excellence for Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies, we help our clients find efficiency and high performance across all their IT functions, both internal and external, aligned with their business units and providers: seeking maximum efficiency in the operation of their services and adjusting their costs; as well as increasing their impact on the income statement and driving innovation.

We are currently looking for a Senior Data Governance

What you'll do

Lead and actively contribute to the definition, implementation, and maintenance of a data governance framework that ensures the quality, traceability, security, and responsible use of information across the organization.
Define roles, responsibilities, policies, and processes for data governance.
Promote the adoption of common standards and best practices.
Coordinate data governance committees and Data Steward teams.
Ensure interoperability between data domains.
Promote technical and operational specialization within each domain.

What we're looking for

2 to 4 years of experience in Data Governance.
Education in computer science, telecommunications, or related fields.
Additional training in data management, data quality, or information architecture.

Nice to have

Recommended

Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
Involvement in digital transformation projects.
Certifications in Data Governance tools.

Technical knowledge

Definition of Data Governance frameworks.
Metadata management, data quality, MDM, business data dictionaries, and data management.
Tools such as Collibra MDM, Informatica, IBM Infosphere, Talend, and Experian.
Information architectures and DAMA models.

Soft Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
Leadership and autonomy.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

What you'll do

Liderar y contribuir activamente en la definición, implementación y mantenimiento de un marco de gobierno del dato que garantice la calidad, trazabilidad, seguridad y uso responsable de la información en la organización.
Definir roles, responsabilidades, políticas y procesos de gobierno del dato.
Impulsar la adopción de estándares comunes y buenas prácticas.
Coordinar comités de gobierno del dato y equipos de Data Stewards.
Asegurar la interoperabilidad entre dominios de datos.
Promover la especialización técnica y operativa en cada dominio.

What we're looking for

Entre 2 a 4 años de experiencia en Data Governance.
Formación en informática o telecomunicaciones o carreras a fines.
Formación complementaria en gestión de datos, calidad del dato o arquitectura informacional.

Nice to have

Recomendable

Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles.
Experiencia en entornos cloud (Azure, AWS).
