Buscamos un Senior Data Analytics Manager excepcional para liderar la transformación de datos en nuestra organización. En esta posición estratégica, serás responsable de dirigir un equipo multidisciplinario de analistas, establecer la visión analítica a largo plazo y garantizar que nuestros insights basados en datos impulsen decisiones empresariales de alto impacto. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con líderes ejecutivos para identificar oportunidades de valor y optimización de procesos.

Este es un puesto Full-time en modalidad híbrida que requiere presencia en nuestras oficinas de Madrid 3 días a la semana. Ofrecemos flexibilidad en horarios y un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo orientado a resultados. La posición reporta directamente al Director de Transformación Digital.
Buscamos un profesional con visión estratégica, capacidad de liderazgo probada y pasión por los datos. Debes ser un pensador analítico con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capaz de traducir insights complejos en recomendaciones accionables para stakeholders no técnicos. Tu experiencia previa debe demostrar un historial de transformaciones exitosas.
Nuestro proceso incluye una entrevista telefónica inicial, evaluación técnica, entrevistas con el equipo y presentación de un caso de estudio. Estimamos una duración total de 3-4 semanas. Valoramos la diversidad y garantizamos igualdad de oportunidades para todos los candidatos.
Se requiere disponibilidad para comenzar en las próximas 4 semanas. Los candidatos deberán superar un proceso de verificación de antecedentes estándar. Es fundamental tener disponibilidad para viajes ocasionales a otras oficinas (máximo 10% del tiempo).
