Titulación académica mínima: Grado en Marketing, Comunicación, ADE o similar.
Valorable Formación complementaria relacionada con Experiencia de Cliente o metodologías Customer Centric.
Conocimientos Informáticos: Ofimática e Internet nivel Avanzado.
Conocimientos de Idiomas: Nivel de Inglés alto hablado y escrito.
